Ralph Gilbert is the Associate Dean for the Fine Arts. Gilbert was director of the Ernest G. Welch School of Art and Design for four years before coming to the Dean’s Office in 2006. He is a painter who has produced major works for the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and the Visitor’s Center of the Piedmont Park Conservancy, among others. Gilbert also serves as the director of the Center for Collaborative Interdisciplinary Arts.
