- After a Green Sheet has been received for the project with cost share obligations, PIs should inform Business Managers to coordinate with RFS in setting up of the cost share companion account for that project.
- Business Managers should request the budget transfer from fund code 10 account to companion account in the budget amendment. Please contact College Finance Officer for any further clarification.
- Companion Accounts should also be reviewed in the monthly expenditure review process.
