The Electronic Personal Action Form (ePAF) was developed to improve and simplify the business process for completing and processing the Personnel Action Form. Some of the improvements realized are:
- Ability to access the form at any time
- Provide query capabilities for departments, units and/or VP/College areas
- Provides electronic routing features
- Reduction in Action/Reason Codes
- Provides electronic transmission of form
- Time
- Provides flexibility which makes it easy to develop different business processes
ePAF Training Makeup Dates
Arts & Sciences will begin processing PAFs via the ePAF system on April 1, 2008. Makeup dates for ePAF training will take place beginning April 1, 2008. All classes will be held in Classroom South - Room 405.
Training dates and times are as follows:
Open Classroom Sessions:
Tuesday, April 1 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Thursday, April 3 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Friday, April 4 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Initiator Training - Makeup Session
Wednesday, April 2 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
