Internal Grants Routing Process for the College of Arts & Sciences

  • All Internal Grant proposals must be submitted to Administrative Services for Associate Dean’s signature no later than one day prior to the University deadline.

  • All proposals should be checked in the department for completeness.

  • The proposals should be signed by the P.I. and the Department Chair.

  • Indicate clearly who should be contacted for pickup via email or telephone.

  • One original and one copy should be forwarded to Sylvia Ennis’ attention at Administrative Services, 620 General Classroom Building.

  • After Dr. William Nelson reviews and signs the proposal, the contact person indicated will be notified.

  • PIs should deliver the original and twenty-five (25) copies to University Research Office (to the attention of Dr. Amy Lederberg) on the second floor of Alumni Hall no later than 4 p.m. on the University deadline date. NO EXCEPTION.

  • It is important to note that the Dean’s office will not be responsible for delivering the Internal Grants.
